3 months old

I can't believe Matthew is already 3 months old. He's a big little boy! According to our scale at home and my math skills, he's about 15lbs right now. This week, he started to try to sit up - when I propped him up with a pillow, he had a tendency to try to sit upright on his own. He's not quite there yet, but I have a feeling he's going to be sitting up soon! Another new development is his ability to grab things [like my hair!]. I don't think he does it on purpose though - it's only when there is something near his hand that he'll grab it. He hasn't learned to reach for something...yet. We've also been giving him daily tummy time. He's good for about 5 minutes and then gets tired of it.

And one last thing - he's starting to laugh...like really laugh! I sound like a fool with the noises I'm making, but it got him laughing. [I'm not tickling/touching him at all - that sound you hear in the background is his feet rubbing against the crib mattress because he is nonstop kicking.]
